Ecumen sites with outstanding achievements in 2014 were recognized at a presentation ceremony at the 2015 Leadership Meeting held on May 7, in Saint Cloud, Minn. The three areas of award recognition were financial results, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

“You are all winners,” said Shelley Kendrick, Ecumen Vice President of Operations, in opening the awards ceremony. “You get out there each and every day and care for some of our most vulnerable adults, without regard to whether you are going to win or lose.  You do it because you see a need.”

She said the award categories of financial stewardship, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are key to delivering on Ecumen’s mission, values and brand promise to “innovate, empower and honor.”

The customer and employee satisfaction rankings were tabulated by Pinnacle Quality Insight – a research company that regularly and anonymously surveys Ecumen stakeholders for feedback. Ratings are based on a scale of zero-to-five, with five being the best possible score.
